Esther I was just talking to Indigo about your recent poem "Two." The curve of attention that is a question turns the mind over like soil. In this sense, you are the best farmer I know.

(Also, and on the musical side of things, it reminded me of "White Winter Hymnal" by Fleet Foxes. The song is like a nursery rhyme, and holds the same paradox that your poem does: loss and happiness are always holding hands.)
